“I’m passionate about helping people fix and prevent pain and improve performance. As a physiotherapist I have seen a lot of people living with pain, simply because they think their injury is too much to be resolved, or that pain is just part of training, working, living, or getting older. But that doesn’t need to be the case.

Since graduating AUT University with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy in 2018,

I have been working within the local communities and sports clubs of Auckland and Porirua, including Auckland Provincial Rugby Football Union and Auckland University Rugby Football Union.

I have a background in sports. Playing football, rugby and currently competing in CrossFit. Where my passion stemmed from experiencing first-hand struggles of injury and pain. I specialise in rehabilitating sports injuries and improving athletic performance.
In my spare time I enjoy snowboarding and mountain biking. Along with training as a competitive CrossFit athlete.

preventing pain and injury. That means, increased speed, endurance and strength, as well as
ensuring your body is up to the demands of your daily life and desired activities.
We look at more than just your injury or pain. We seek to provide a holistic approach in considering
your health and wellbeing. Considering what you do in your life, your goals, activities and sports to
give you a tailored approach that is specific to your needs.
We use a multifactorial rehab approach with a mixture of hands on physiotherapy (joint
mobilisation, soft tissue release, joint manipulation, dry needling, cupping therapy and strapping
options) combined with an exercise based rehab approach that considers your needs, to achieve
optimal recovery outcomes.
